Cookie Granola

This recipe is so adaptable! It can be used to make so many types of granola, so don't be afraid to get creative with this one!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil You can use any neutral oil, like Sunflower oil or Grapesed oil.
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup I use maple syrup in mine.
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Crushed cookies You can use chocolate chip, oreos, or really any cookie you would like.

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with tin foil then spray with a non-stick spray.
  2. Mix all of the ingredeints in a bowl.
  3. Transfer to the baking sheet and spread out evenly and flat. It should be very thin on the sheet, not in clumps or mounds.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, pull it out and stir.
  5. Place back in the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for at least 10 minutes before transfering it to a container for storage.
