I’ve been searching for ways to get a little more protein in my diet while I am dealing with such busy days. A fun trick I have found is protein yogurt. Yogurt can give you so many ways to make it a little more flavorful, so there is no need to just throw protein powder in it and call it a day. You can add all sorts of things like:

This recipe mixes a few of those together, and it is also super easy to make, then toss it in the fridge for later.

Reese Cup Yogurt

This is a really great recipe if you are trying to eat healthy, high protein options!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, protein powder and peanut butter until it is smooth.
  2. Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave. Microwave in 20 second increments until it is easy to work with.
  3. Spread the melted chcolate on top and place in the refrigerator to cool for a few minutes.
