Who doesn’t love a Big Mac? And we all love a nice casserole. Put those two together, and you have the Big Mac Bake.

My favorite types of dinners are the ones I can compile during the day while my kids are at school or at the sitter’s house. The Big Mac Bake is that recipe. You can make all of the tough items during the day and pop them in the fridge until it’s dinner time. Then, when it’s dinner time, pull all of the pieces together and bake while you are working on homework.

I do love to bake this one in my favorite 8×8 baking pan. That is typically an odd shape that isn’t in most kitchens, so if you need one, I highly recommend this one!
