I’ve been searching for ways to get a little more protein in my diet while I am dealing with such busy days. A fun trick I have found is protein yogurt. Yogurt can give you so many ways to make it a little more flavorful, so there is no need to just throw protein powder in it and call it a day. You can add all sorts of things like:
- Protein powder
- Fruit
- Brewer’s Yeast
- Granola
- Cereal
- Candy
- Nut butters or cookie butters
- And so much more
This recipe mixes a few of those together, and it is also super easy to make, then toss it in the fridge for later.

- In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, protein powder and peanut butter until it is smooth.
- Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave. Microwave in 20 second increments until it is easy to work with.
- Spread the melted chcolate on top and place in the refrigerator to cool for a few minutes.
