Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees and line one (or two if you want to make 2 different flavors at a time) with parchment paper. Then spray with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, butter, honey, brown sugar, brewer's yeast, flaxseed, and vanilla.
Separate into two bowls evenly if you are making two flavors. If not, skip this step.
Add in one cup of your preferred toppings to eat bowl (or 2 cups of the topping if you are only doing one flavor). I normally do one batch of chocolate chips and one batch of oreos at the same time.
Spread the mixture into the pan and press the oat mixture down.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until it is golden brown.
Let it cool for about an hour, cut it into bar size, and store in plastic bags for snacktime or school lunches.
