Not every recipe is great. I made a promise to myself when I started sharing my recipes that I would share the ones that didn’t end as well. The Chicken Caesar Bake was a recipe I found while scrolling online and decided to give it a try. If I do the Chicken Caesar Bake again, there are a few things I would change.
In the future, I would change a few things:
- Bake a shorter amount of time.
- Bake the first 5 minutes at 400 degrees, then drop it to 350 degrees for the remainder of the cook time.
- Add more dressing to the chicken.
- Use the suggested rolling pin to crush the croutons instead of trying to do it by hand and having the larger chunks.
However, I am going to share the original recipe and then I’ll reshare once I update with my changes.

Ingredients
Method
- Lay your chicken in a large baking dish, spread half of the Caesar dressing across the chicken with a basting brush.
- Flip the chicken and repeat on the other side. Add salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- Crush the croutons in a separate bag with a rolling pin (or your hands if you need to get some anger out!)
- Spread the crushed croutons on top of the chicken.
- Bake at 375 degree for 30 minutes.
