I recently had an issue with my breast pumps that caused me to have a rough day of pumping. For those who have been an exclusive pumper, you know the smallest things can mess with your supply and output. I got replacement parts for my hands-free Mom Cozy pump, and I was struggling. In order to boost my supply quickly, I knew oats (or oatmeal) and Brewer’s Yeast would help!

I ran to the pantry to grab a packet of my favorite brown sugar oatmeal, and I was out! So I pulled a quick recipe together, and it was delicious.
