Granola is always a snack that seems so hard to make. It turns out, granola is a very easy snack to bake and have around the house. It can also be very healthy; this is not the healthiest granola recipe. However, it is a crowd pleaser with the kiddos.
Around my house, we hate wasting food. We recently had a bag of cookies that got crushed while we were out on an adventure, so I decided it had to be saved. I created chocolate chip cookie granola with the remainder of the cookies!
